Promotional Offers

From time to time The Foragers Cottage run promotions and offers on selected products or lines. All qualifying Promotional Offers will be automatically applied to your order. All of our Promotional Offers are subject to the below terms and conditions:

Placing an Order

By placing an order with us you agree to and accept these Terms. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us.

By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to The Foragers Cottage to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and The Foragers Cottage for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. We will take payment from your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order for any made to order items. For all other types of products, your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your legal rights.

Deliveries​

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. The Foragers Cottage can not accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

Stock Availability​

We endeavour to display all items currently available on our website, and aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is active. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. If this is the case and we expect more stock to become available, this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation. If the item is available to purchase on back order, we will provide a promise date for expected delivery. However, if a product is truly out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping basket.

Your Right to Cancel​

You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods and the delivery charges. We will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or (b) if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notification. You will then need to return the item(s) by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. Our Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy. Our returns policy applies in addition to your legal right to cancel above and does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed products.

If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Customs & Import Duties

All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT.
